It's hard to ask shareholders for more money, when most share holders are down already without a really good reason.

Why wouldn't the company hire a venue and invite all the shareholders down and run through the companies vision and give a feel for what plans for the future it has and why they need to raise more(more explanation).

I didn't even read my prospectus.

I really hope they can turn it around for all our sake,
