    This is no advice, but I should point out to you to make sure your structure is spot on, just in case someone decides to sue you. Being a sole trader is risky, very risky in my opinion.

    As for GST one can go down this path, but your GST registered company would need to sell its assets to the Non-GST entity, implying that you would have to pay for GST.

    I believe that you cannot bill a client with both GST and Non-GST components. This is where the complication comes in, you pay for the GST, from your suppliers for goods and services, but when you charge your clients you'll have to include the Cost of Goods inclusive of the GST.

    For example you bought something for 500+ 50 GST
    you'll have to bill your client $550 (and no mention of GST)
