What do you expect management to do when the SP goes down...panic and run for the hills? I would be calm too if my salary remained high regardless of SP movements.
My communications with Dominic have been professional and prompt. Not very informative but at least he replies to queries.
My biggest concern is if they don't hit anything now with the most promising targets, what chance is there for any future discoveries.
