Property on the Mid North Coast is going gang busters in the last quarter up over 8%. We purchased 2 more properties in the last 6 months on the Mid North coast both returning over 7% pa and now potentially some healthy capital gains in a very short time. If we had of listened to the doomsayers on this forum we would have missed this increase. I have been a member of Hot Copper for 16 years and the ongoing predictions of a 40% drop have been here just as long. In reality we have seen at least a 100% increase over that time. I suspect we will see the same growth over the next 10 years.
