OK so i dont post much but alot of huff and puff here on both sides. So here is some actual fact, I own a small business doing real estate signs. 3 factors show me how fast houses are moving:- How quickly signs are being picked up
- Do those signs have sold stickers on them
- How many frames for signs are at the office
A month ago i noticed a lot of signs coming back after a month, and signs i put up recently having sold stickers on them when i drive past. In the last week about 5% of signs ive put up have small plastic signs with sold stickers on them in the ground. Essentially meaning they are selling before the sign can even go up. I have signs that have been up for 3 years all of a sudden coming back with sold stickers. Im not invested in the property market other than my primary home, just some facts.
