A month ago i noticed a lot of signs coming back after a month, and signs i put up recently having sold stickers on them when i drive past. In the last week about 5% of signs ive put up have small plastic signs with sold stickers on them in the ground. Essentially meaning they are selling before the sign can even go up. I have signs that have been up for 3 years all of a sudden coming back with sold stickers. Im not invested in the property market other than my primary home, just some facts. I operate in the Kwinana to Dawesville region in WA

Perth is a perfect example of my point above.

We have a lot of posters from Perth on here.

In 2019 Perth median was around the same as it was at the peak of 2007.
It now looks primed for a reasonable expansion.

I wonder how many property bears took advantage of depressed prices after more than a decade. Or were they "still too expensive"?

Disclaimer, I do not follow the Perth market actively and don't pretend to know any of it's nuances.
