    She just added another $20 mill by listing her Toorak home for sale. So that's a total of $35 mill in real estate she is liquidating. Very astute businesswoman. Is she expecting a drop? Will be very interesting to see if she and her family rents in Sydney. That would be the decider for possible fall in RE markets. However, If she buys then I guess the market will continue up.
