Exodus? maybe less students & tourists at the moment. Many Victorians are also heading to Perth for mining jobs like they did back in 2000, but they are renting, not settling down there & sending the money back to their families in VIC... That's how WA is experiencing rental crisis at the moment.
Melb traffic is still bad during rush hours, if not worse.... definetely not exodus.
