I'm a master of creating wealth. Bought my first home at early 20s & fully owned it at early 40s. Now I can afford to invest in most needed "Base metal" commodities (sorry not 'Gold' at this moment) with minimal risk... they are on a tear. It's a commodity supercycle deja vu...
