Understanding potential timeframes and how they could impact an individuals choices of investment is another matter, pesky variables can be so hard to decipher.
Nothing wrong with risk mitigation but finding the correct balance isn’t always a one size fits all answer, there in lies the rub.
There’s no guarantees of when the boom turns to gloom or if gloom will be catastrophic or a less drastic correction.
Bubbles may pop but they can also deflate, does it have to be option one, what would be your worst case % drop if it pops?
