    Or short term investing as opposed to long term investing.

    It's a classic investing mistake, using emotion or your own opinion of "value" to influence decision making.
    Who mandates "prices being too inflated" or "too unstable to risk investment"

    Two guys walking gown the street pass a building, one guy tells the other it is for sale for $1m and that he could have bought it for $500k 10 years ago.
    "why didn't you buy it?" the other guy asks
    "too expensive mate"
    "why don't you buy it now"
    "too expensive mate"



    I usually see prices drops as an opportunity to invest with lower risk, however I invest with a long term outlook.
