So your point is that the property market ebbs and flows with your business being related to this market indicates an increase of turnover in the area that your business services, recently?
I’m not involved in the industry but take notice of the numbers of signs as I travel and even look for the red sold stickers. I’ve noticed an increase of signs over the last 3-6 months and plenty don’t stay up to long.
It’s hard to know if it’s an indication of a collapsing market or perhaps a booming market without looking at the prices but it would seem that the houses are reasonable priced as they’re moving.
