Correct, this is also being discussed. However it won't be a direct correlation of 20% less hrs = 20% space, for multiple reasons. - Staff won't be forced to not come in, so on any given day some % of staff that are scheduled to work from home may come in for any number of reasons. - Increased break out spaces and common areas - Possibly more socially distanced work stations, (but personally I doubt this in the long run. Once Covid is gone it will be forgotten quickly.)
But there is a significant saving to be made nonetheless.
