One would assume that the agreement would stand but, it is anyone's guess at this stage, as to what the terms of the takeover offer are, because no one has been informed otherwise.
Hence my previous comments that if the terms of the TO are just as good or better for Junchian, they may, or may not, decide to sell their holding.
One would assume that they would not be happy if their requirements weren't met.
