Well if H1 22 can show some material ACV growth, growth in SaaS, and reduced rate of decrease in EBITA, NXL might get a kick along. NXL trades at circa pro forma 12 PE ratio which makes it more of a highway owner than a software company.
A good signal there is a growing business is needed.
