even if he do win i dont think he get that much... maybe $10 million max??
how greedy is him.... i think he might have lot of dirt on nuix and hoping for settlement...
either way , i dont think macquarie will just protend nothing's happening...
the sad part is during ipo we already know there was an law suit...
dont think the law suit affected the sp that much properly the 10 percent revenue down grade...
