The wells pay for themselves within 2 months and continue, albeit at reducing rates, over a considerable period - they look like they will have numerous wells all giving a little = alot of $

I am surprised at the sell-off, but once they offload the windfarm for a one-off large increase to the coffers, I think everyone will rest easier then
