Another thought:- Veritas et al; surely they saw what happened to the Patto's raising, which obviously was to keep the company alive. Why would Veritas (after doing DD) want that to happen to them? Why invest unless there really are 'a number of significant supply contracts' coming?
We were not privvy to the investor presentation that was presented to Veritas et al. All we can do is assume that they are happy to part with the collective $4.5m because there is a very good reason to!
