    Show me the money/contract then!. If the contract is in the bag, why short change existing shareholders and place the stock at such a lrge discount!if such a large discount is warranted, why not offer it as a placment to all holders as the deal is CR is underwritten anyway, any shortfall is not a issue. Maybe management did not have the audacity to ask the shareholders againa after the placement a year ago at 35cts which was meant to be a reward for shareholders.
    Or management cannot give two hoots about existing shareholders who I repeat are no less instrumental to teh revivial and survival of TZ.
