I hope you are right but at the moment i feel we are trying to push back the tide on L&M. When they said that they could settle the first payment if pushed to why didn't they we seam to be spending far to much time fighting court case's and is dragging the company down and to be sitting on 4- 4.5 cents and possibly going lower is a disgrace. Will their be a divident this year if not that could be another problem as to what our Asian share holders Will do. I also don't think it was a good buying into a Canadian coal mine when we have a major problem at home to sort out. Will we survive all this time will tell at the moment the share price says it all Danny/22
