    can only see this being good for BEPPA, if it goes through.... bad for BEPPA if it fails.

    if it goes through, i believe it will VERY LIKELY be good for BBI.... but, there is a SMALL chance it will be a negative for bbi.

    i think bbi will drop substantially if it falls through.
