I would suggest that they found a food source on your property.
For starters, I would suggest that they’re Ravens not Crows as crows are smaller.
I have a family of magpies that visit me from time to time, each time they have fledglings they turn up to show they young ones I’m good for a free feed.
The ravens have watched this over the years and they come in and watch and I’ve even had one that will take food out of my hand.
I don’t go overboard with the food and after a few weeks I stop the treats as they shouldn’t rely on me.
There’s nothing sinister about black birds.
