I have known conspiracy theorist paranoids. , I have read their dissertations.
The one thing they have in common is what I call stream of consciousness rambling.
They out themselves as paranoids, to me at least, because their thoughts jump incoherently from one subject to another with blinding speed.
Events and "facts" are jumbled in their confused minds. There's a red under every bed. Governmens to them are the ultimate perpetrators of conspiracies of unimaginable proportion.
They may appear to sound articulate, knowledgeable and educated....
But the paranoia which drives them blinds their reasoning.
