I though the original DFS looked skinny from the Irr point of view for a Mining Project. (Albeit I consider MInerals sands to be less risky than hard rock mining particularly gold).
Now it looks more suitable and rationally the Koreans should go ahead. What worries me is why andhow the original half arsed DFS was put up and what kind of similar decisons could hapen in the future. I (acknowledge the higher price of products allowed them to be more conservative previously but one wonders. What'smore the KOren board looks more professional and rightly have the option to sya they contributed (maybe an appropriate bit of face).
