Gunson will be in a very difficult position if they do not raise the capital and you risk losing your investment to an opportunistic bid at a low price, particularly if Posco delay the project looking for a higher NPV.
Realistically it stinks being asked to stump up now, with no offer of free attached options. I see Posco holding all the Aces, but if you don't stump up the cash the downside is worse.
Gunson only need 100 shareholders taking $15,000 or 1000 subscribing for $1500 each to stave this off.
Hopefully we can find them.
