    Yes, I agree completely, in theory if they announced a 4 cent dividend they potentially could be issuing shares at 50cents! Thanks for your comments, I'm glad I'm not the only one thinking, "what are they thinking?".

    I'm not even necessarily seeking a dividend, it probably could be better invested in the company with the ROE but how about keeping us in the picture management! These dividend decisions seem like such an afterthought, there are plenty of people who rely on the payment.

    I reckon we are owed an explanation on this.

    I also think there would be plenty of alternatives to finance the company, they are only seeking $9m, why couldn't they issue some conv notes or even borrow the funds? A little tired of being diluted at these ridiculously low prices, no doubt the institutions will benefit from this, us poor long-time shareholders have to bear the pain!
