not so sure about another offer

It would be great for a second offer, but im not so sure. The leases were up for sale for a long time and anyone who had an interest would have looked at it and decided not to in my view.

Having said this, i for one am happy with the SEA deal. TXN has been long suffering. I bought in as hi as .82 and at the .65 cent cap raise. Clearly, as it stands we werent moving forward.

SEA appears to be well managed and from all reports is undervalued (as is txn).

i am looking forward to txn being gobbled up and putting my faith in a new team who by all accounts can deliver a result.

I believe in sea. Talon, well thats another matter. Hopefully it isnt txn mark 2.
