The leases were up for sale and no one bit, but then again neither did SEA until now. Several companies may have been quietly watching and waiting for the right moment (and their patience has paid off; the share price fell), and now may be the trigger time.

Having said that I think it's most likely there won't be another bid. I just think it's not a possibility to be written off.
