    i too think SEA will do a better job
    just checked my records..first bought TXN in January 2010 for 29c so been there for nearly 3 years..I have been patient lol
    also partook at 65c so know how your thinking
    I suspect/hope that SEA will realise the value in the leases that TXN failed to do
