Market for oil & gas small caps is not good - no argument there. In the meantime, I am still getting info that Reavely is traveling all over the shop looking for new exploration opportunities. I can only hope this is not true. In a market like this, surely a board would want its management team to focus on generating cash flow from current assets (e.g. Ukraine licences). Weather the storm and make a profit. What is HOG going to do should it find a new exploration play? Raise capital at 3 or 4 cents? If I had a buck for each time a CEO told me "we are not raising capital at these levels" only to subsequently do it anyway mouthing words like "well, it is what it is" I would be a rich man. Please board get Richard and his team focussed on Ukraine and generating positive cash flow from our current assets. Don't waste cash on tripping around the world in search of new exploration opportunities - make what we have work first. Then, if markets change, go for your life...its all about timing. So far whether through less than competent management, lack of focus or lack of luck you have not really delivered on what was promissed in the Ukraine. Please don't spread yourself even thinner chasing that ellusive blue skye when, arguably, you are very lucky to be a small cap that can actually generate a reasonable profit from current assets in a rough market. Don't come knocking on our doors with a rights issue at 3c to do some other project in where-ever-Istan. MAKE UKRAINE WORK. Just my opinion folks but I hope at least someone at sr. management or Board reads this and gives it some fleeting consideration before dismissing it outright as the mad ramblings of a lunatic shareholder.
