I interpret low volume as no buying interest, even at this low spot price.
The sellers are desperate and keep lowering the sales price and still cannot make enough transactions.
On last Monday Cameco expects U price will be low in near and medium term and triggers the sell off in most U stocks.
I don't own PDN now but do own other U stocks. I believe a low cost, low debt producer can tolerate a downturn better.
