not sophisticated enough

Wouldn't it be nice if we mere stupid shareholders could buy shares for 0.125 cents like the so-called
sophisticated investors in their announcement today, a 3 cent discount [approx 20%] to what we mere mortals would have to pay.
I might turn gay & hook up with one of the directors, nah, I've seen their photos !
Corporate law needs to be modernised in Australia.
