but then I tend to believe we have responsibility for all creatures, so that kinds makes them pets ( excluding snakes, spiders and sharks). I was walking down the drive today near the road when my attention was caught by an unusual bird call. I looked up in time to see a pair of reasonably large black birds taking flight. My first thought was black cockatoos but as they disappeared I caught an impression of a large red patch under the wing plus I realised the call wasnt a cockatoo. Any suggestions? I remembered that during the bushfires, which were all around here, a lot of wildlife refuge places had to release their birds and animals.
