So in only 14 years you reckon no more fuel cars? add 100 years to that haha. its just all hype, maybe city vehicles only will utilise this new tech, take for instance the trucking and logistics industries, battery power could never happen, rural and inner australia could not utilise this tech much either, or if at all. then theres the construction and agricultural industries to name but a few that can not run their machinery, harvesters, tractors, pumps etc: on battery or renewable power, petrolium only for all but city cars, although it will be (undoubtably) a great thing to see happening, but only for cars.
give it 50-100 years for any other 'new' technology breakthroughs to see all other industries capable of battery power.
