    Yeah I'm not sure about that - If you have had 2 cases thrown out by various courts then its probably not the done thing to change the details of your case for the 3rd one - why bring these details of the one farm if you can't back them up for the other.
    Although I'm not sure why this wasn't mentioned in the very first case? This is when it smells a bit fishy for me.
