Rightly or wrongly the ConCourt has made there system look like a JOKE.
Third court changes what two prevoius courts passed and any tom dick or harry can come in and claim they have rights to challenge.
Certainly smell a RAT. Is some one or GROUP being PAID_OFF.

SA GOVT ,DMR and any other party that wants to see SA progress needs to PULL finger.
Sooner this is sorted the better all round.
