Mining lawyer Peter Leon said it would be difficult to get the Constitutional Court to review its decision.
Difficult, but not impossible. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the Con Court had to review the decision in light of any definitive information provided by the Roka Pasha that showed they were the true owners?
I don't see how the Con Court could not change it's decision, especially for Eerstegeluk, which seems to clearly still belong to the Roka.
