While I like ZFX and zinc I think it's disputable that ZFX is more valuable than OXR in the current market. In fact it's probably the other way around with OXR exposed to the right metals.
The price reflects the difference in PE and shareholders of both companies should sit back and look at basic numbers -
- what % of the new company will they hold?
- What does that reflect in terms of value?
- Is that a dilution of their current position?
- Is the new position acceptable to them given the likely nature of the new company?
