not sure that ggx adds much value

    Whether its GGX taking control or OIP I don't see much value in this deal for OIP shareholders. Maybe just maybe this move is part of a wider plan .. that may include ESG taking full control of the CSG rights in OIP's acreage and OIP/GGX being totally focussed on conventional O&G. Might ring Morton or Langusch and try to get an answer to why its a good deal.
