Most important thing here is number of cows in milk per month and litres of milk per month. Do they calve down monthly. quarterly or annually. Do they have a contract of X amount per litre. Many professional Dairy Farmers are receiving .59 cents per litre for their milk as long as they are producing required volume.
Who is the management company of this enterprise, are they experienced Australian dairy consultants or are they from elsewhere.
Feeding, genetics and management are the core components of any dairy enterprise in the Australian space.
