Last year (2007) Centro Shopping America Trust (ASX:CSF) and Centro Retail Trust (ASX:CER) merged into one entity. The new entity retained the name Centro Retail Trust and the ASX code CER. The ASX code CSF is no longer used.

I think this is an ATO ruling on the tax implications of the merger. If you were a CSF or CER holder at the time of the merger, this will be of interest.
