Well done Dunebonnie for being decisive!- it is always easier to buy than to sell because all the human emotions like greed and capital loss etc come into play on the selling decision.
As many others have already suggested, go and relax and forget about the market for a time- it in fact may be the best decision that you will ever make but then again, I am no prophet but remember that you are certainly not Robinson Crusoe in this market. Many of us have taken an absolute bath and continue to get dirty washed!
