there will of course be those who expect no such delays!
If you have ever spent time out there you will know that it only takes a very small amount of rain (I mean SMALL) too turn the red bull dust into impenetrable bog!
Sorry, but that is the god honest truth!
Contractors gotta wait until STO allow passage on their roads again. STO do not want their roads ruined by a drilling rigs etc that leave ruts in the boggy surface, which then have to be graded out - expensive!
Can't believe our bad luck - total bummer!!!
