    Tooluck,

Page 59 of the 2011 annual report shows who shareholders are. 120 shareholders (which include your fatcat executives) own 100,779,864 share. The remaining 12,859 shareholders, 99% are mum & dad shareholders owning a total of 80,923,847 shares averaging 6,293 shares each. So who are the speculative shareholders Peter Cook alluded to?

Peter Cook refused to report worthy news. And when forced to do so he seriously downplayed the news. This create an information vacuum and easily allow Bots to manipulate the share price.

Is this the way to attract large shareholders? Out of the top 20 or even top 50 ASX companies name one that attracted large shareholders by creating an information vacuum and downplaying good news.

Investors expect the management to keep the market informed, and not have to come to HC to read Portablealpha praising the management!

No I am not asking Peter Cook to talk up the share price. All he has to do is to report worthy news as they are without seriously downplaying the news.

Most if not all readers on HC agree BTA is seriously undervalued. Get rid of Peter Cook and you will see an immediate price increase. Is it sheer coincidence Peter Cook keeps accumulating free oopies and free shares while the share price keep falling? Is it in Peter Cook's interest to have a high June share price? Lower share price = more free oopies with lower target prices.
