Also interesting to find this kind of business model when the consensus is so negative about the office market.
One risk is probably about their customer profile : they probably need that small companies continue to do well (but their geographic diversification is probably helping there).
Even if it is difficult to prove, there must be some improvement in market conditions for them, as they had a good pricing effect in FY 23 and they have just revised upwards their forecasts for FY 24.
It must also be the reason why the company has decided to recommence expansion.
