Al needs to release some of his holding instead of hoarding it to get it a bit more liquidity
with him holding so much it hard to do any buy back because that would make liquidity even worse
when it was trading in the $2 mark it would have been a good buy back but his hand probably forces as
it makes the stock too illiquid
