Services revenues were 40 m $ in FY 23 vs 37.6 m $ in FY 22.
Services expenses were 74.5 m $ in FY 23 vs 65.7 m $ in FY 22.
So, they seem to offer services at a price, under the costs they have to pay (for these services) in order to attract customers.
Unless services revenues and services expenses do not cover the same types of services.
