With lease being the major driver of the business, i think it is important to know how much revenue they generate to achieve breakeven.
Without accounting for wages and other expenses, we can see that 1 year lease liability of 105k, they generate ~260k revenue. that would mean for each dollar of lease they took home 1.6 dollar. Not bad, that means, considering every sub lease is equal, SRV only need ~half of that space occupied
Although slightly down from last year number so it seems like a challenging industry, guess thats why wework is getting smashed hard.
Although that means more opportunity for SRV if wework goes down, it is a volume driven business afterall.May you share ur opinion on why ur thought on why it is important to differentiate the lease revenue and service revenue? thanks
From ur data, seems like they are using services as differentiator as it is a loss making?
