It is basically only the loyal oppie holders who benefited. Those that were holding before all this TFG stuff happened were holding on August 1. I doubt there will be many left over that will not be taken up by others that purchased after this date. They will probably only get 1 oppie for every 100 they subscribe for, so it really only benefits the true believers.
