I have used astratel...I had time to set it up, and I needed PLENTY of time.
They had / have very, very, very little support for helping set up your system.
They have many phone calls that are 'silent'...

They are not the VoiP providers for the 'mums and dads' or certainly the non-tech people! This is where eng are coming to the forefront.

Astratel also have pre-paid accounts, this is the only reason they're cheaper than Eng...and they have started a pre-paid product also...puts them on par with astratel.
Plus Eng are available to purchase from all the major retailers.
I'm holding...and think they're on the way up...they are certainly the market leaders in my opinion...esp as many of the people using voip at present are it people who have the ability to set up their system with intricate settings without support (like astratel)...the 'average joes' will use eng a) because of ease of use, and b) because of advertising
